Vacation Rental Policies

Cash balances are due 2 weeks prior to arrival. We accept checks drawn on domestic banks, money orders, and travelers checks. A $30 administration fee will be charged for credit card payments, balances due on arrival, and returned checks.

Cancellations more than 45 days in advance of arrival receive deposit refunds less a $75 booking fee. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit unless property can be rented again at the quoted rate.

Vacation Properties must be occupied by an adult who is 25 years or older. Number of occupants and car passes must be accurately reflected on this reservation form. Parking at some complexes may be limited during peak weeks.

Check in time is 4:00 PM. Keys are not provided until 4:00 PM unless the property has been cleaned and inspected. Please inform us if you expect to be a late arrival. Most properties do not allow pets and parking of jet skis, boats, motorhomes, campers, trailers, or motorcycles.

Bed linen and bath towels (4 per bath) are provided. Additional linen or interim maid service is available for an extra charge. Guests should replenish starter supplies (tissue, soap, etc.) needed for their personal use. Vacation rental properties are privately owned and furnished as a second home and made available to rent through our agency. Sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control, a substitute and comparable property may be necessary.
